Job Description
The Head of Membership is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and improving all sales and operational functions within the Membership Department.
* Team Management: The Head of Membership will oversee the Membership Sales Manager, Consumer Operations Manager, and Consumer Marketing staff. This includes establishing and driving team KPIs, as well as supporting the General Manager in team management and fostering a positive work environment.
* Membership Growth: Develop and implement membership campaigns and plans to maximize profit. This involves pursuing additional revenue sources, managing prospect systems, re-engaging lapsed members, and preparing membership offers.
* Operational Excellence: Improve membership operations systems and processes to deliver industry-leading consumer operations. This includes managing renewal processes, developing membership insights, implementing fulfilment processes, and supporting crowd build initiatives.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities and campaign effectiveness. Innovate systems to support sales and service strategies, and develop key reporting requirements.
* Event Support: Provide customer service and operational support on match days. Assist with event planning and execution to ensure seamless delivery.
