We're looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketer
with a strong focus on
Google Ads
to take our online marketing to the next level. Based full-time onsite in Rutherford, NSW office, this role will lead the strategy and execution of high-performing Google Advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and fuel business growth.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Leading the development and optimisation of
Google Ads
campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube to maximise ROI.
Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Analysing data in
Google Analytics
,
Google Ads
, and
Tag Manager
to track results, generate insights, and refine strategies.
Managing budgets and bid strategies to ensure campaigns deliver cost-effective outcomes.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align advertising efforts with business goals and create compelling ad copy and landing pages.
Staying ahead of changes in Google Ads and digital advertising trends, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
Supporting other digital channels (social media, email, content) as needed to strengthen the overall marketing mix.
What We\'re Looking For
5+ years' experience
in digital marketing with a
proven track record of running successful Google Ads campaigns.
Expertise in
Google Ads
,
Google Analytics
,
Tag Manager
, and keyword planning tools.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills for writing compelling ad copy and presenting campaign results.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for testing, learning, and optimising campaigns for maximum performance.
