About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of hospitality customers across Sydney. You'll work closely with chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams, and venue operators to deliver tailored product solutions and drive revenue growth.
* Manage an existing customer base while aggressively growing new business
* Build strong relationships with chefs, venues, and group operators
* Present product ranges, pricing, and service solutions
* Work cross‑functionally with operations, logistics, and production teams
* Identify growth opportunities within your territory
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
About You
We are looking for a results‑driven sales professional who understands the demands of the hospitality industry and the nuances of wholesale meat supply.
* Experience in wholesale meat, foodservice, or FMCG B2B sales
* Strong relationships across Sydney's restaurants, pubs, clubs, and catering groups
* A hunter mentality with the discipline to manage and grow accounts
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A customer‑first mindset with an ability to solve problems quickly
* Strong product knowledge (or willingness to learn fast)
* Valid NSW driver's licence
