About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Home Care Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry services;
* Assist with meal preparation and shopping;
* Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities;
* Administer personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management;
* Provide respite and emotional support;
* Transport customers to appointments;
* Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate, plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 months' experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care services;
* A current P2 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
