This is a permanent, full-time position for a Maintenance Reliability and Projects Engineer at our site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor equipment performance to establish metrics such as availability, MTBF, and MTTR
* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to implement defect elimination solutions/strategies
Maintenance Programs Lead
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading mechanical reliability programs and small-scale engineering projects from concept through commissioning. This involves developing preventative/predictive maintenance strategies that optimize asset performance.
Maintenance Strategy Development Lead
1. - Define/update maintenance strategies/supporting tactics in line with optimal work management/reliability outcomes - Ensure alignment of all procedures related to job roles including regular updates performed on existing documents according findings collected during the execution phase; this includes current best practices which support reliable system operation throughout its lifespan until retirement or next scheduled inspection date respectively], well-documented documentation formats may include checklists etc.", provide training sessions based upon feedback gathered via monitoring data collection software implemented prior any step taken forward so we stay ahead maintaining quality standards also lets address unique issues locally reducing turnaround times whenever possible thereby increasing efficiency overall!!!
