Job Description:
This role entails supporting and coordinating different teams within a neighborhood setting. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, managing requests, concerns, and inquiries efficiently.

1. Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
2. Creation of correspondence as requested
3. Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel preparations etc.
/li Monitor office supplies order their maintenance/repair office equipment ensure integrity accuracy financial human resource other systems databases use mainstream software database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
l i Assist senior staff with special projects li You will have effective verbal written communication skills previous experience in rostering/scheduling highly regarded great time-management prioritise your workload Good knowledge MS Office Database applications Confidence smartphone digital devices or willingness learn Excellent time management ability prioritise workloads can-do attitude
