Senior Business Analyst Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities on projects and ensure timely completion.
Main Responsibilities

* Foster effective stakeholder management and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
* Support the transition to new systems or processes by providing training and documentation.
* Design and maintain business process diagrams and requirements.
Qualifications and Experience Required
* A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshops and gap analysis.
* Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
* Demonstrated understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and industry trends.
