* Lead the strategic development and delivery of cultural, educational and community activations aligned to asset and precinct objectives
* Develop and manage a curated annual activations calendar, informed by customer insights, leasing priorities and community feedback
* Build trusted relationships with local communities, cultural organisations, key customers, occupiers and precinct co‐owners
* Act as a key liaison between the asset and community stakeholders, proactively managing feedback and collaboration opportunities
* Partner with cultural consultants and creative agencies to bring heritage and community stories to life
* Work cross‐functionally with Marketing, Asset Management, Operations and Sustainability teams
* Lead and manage external agencies, creatives, production partners and suppliers
* Own activation and engagement budgets, forecasting, cost control and post‐event reconciliation
* Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess engagement, community impact and ROI
* Provide leadership to the internal team, fostering a high‐performing, collaborative and inclusive culture
What you'll bring
You're a strategic thinker with a calm, professional presence and a genuine passion for community‐led placemaking. You will have:
* 7+ years' experience in activations, events or experiential marketing
* Experience delivering community engagement and heritage‐related programs
* Property or mixed‐use precinct experience (desirable)
* Proven ability to manage agencies and complex stakeholder environments
* Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or event management
* Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
