As a Customer Service Operator, you’ll play a pivotal role in handling incoming and outgoing communications to support customer enquiries and client referrals. What you’ll be doing: Contributing to revenue and the growth of RSL Care via achievement of targets for the maximisation of client service delivery excellence inclusive of client retention Ensure interactions with clients are in accordance with Client Service Principles and the RSL Care core capability framework Utilise effective questioning techniques to identify client needs and or potential revenue opportunities.
