Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business performance by providing expert guidance on operational matters, collaborating with the Site Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team through effective communication, clear expectations, and consistent delivery of outstanding service.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pets, meeting their individual needs and delivering an exceptional stay experience.
* Maintain site-based social media presence, showcasing facilities and engaging with customers to drive bookings and loyalty.
* Support staff training and development, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
* Oversee daily operations when the Site Manager is unavailable, addressing issues, making informed decisions, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
* Previous animal care experience is highly regarded, but not essential; a willingness to learn and grow is key.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication skills and customer service expertise.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities to excel in a fast-paced environment.
* Intermediate knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
