Training and Quality Assurance Officer - HiQ Services
We are seeking a Training and Quality Assurance Officer - HiQ Services to join Student Engagement, Administrative Division.
The Training and Quality Assurance Officer - HiQ Services is responsible for designing, delivering and implementing quality assurance, coaching, knowledge management and training activities. These activities will support HiQ staff to continuously develop their knowledge and capabilities, contributing to the continuous improvement of the HiQ service.

Student Engagement comprises of HiQ Contact Centre and Service Points, Future Student & Conversion, Engagement teams and works closely with Sport. HiQ is the university's contact point for members of the public, staff, prospective and current student enquiries and support services.
What You Need To Succeed
Education, training, and or experience equivalent to a degree with subsequent relevant experience in the development and delivery of training, staff development, and quality assurance.
Demonstrated high-level digital literacy skills, including the ability to produce training materials for a multi-channel service delivery area.
Demonstrated experience supervising a high-performing team in a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-channel service delivery environment.
Robust, verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to explain complex concepts, present information in an engaging manner, respond to learner needs and deliver constructive feedback.
Strong analytical skills to inform process improvement.
High level of initiative, with the ability to reflect, seek, and respond to feedback in order to continuously improve.
