About the Opportunity Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director – Centacare Services provides visionary leadership and strategic direction across Centacare's diverse service functions.
This role is central to Centacare's transformation, driving operational excellence, cultural change, and strategic alignment across all service areas.
The Director will lead a senior leadership cohort to ensure services remain responsive, sustainable, and deeply aligned with Centacare's mission and values.
With accountability for a $150 M budget and responsibility for 1,600 employees, the Director will oversee aged care, disability and mental health, family support services, research and digital governance, integrated health and care, and enabling services.

About You You are a strategic, values-driven executive with a proven ability to lead large, complex human services organisations through transformational change.

Key Criteria Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
Executive Experience: At least 10 years' senior executive experience in large, complex human services organisations.
Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to design and deliver innovative operating models and client-centred outcomes.
Transformational Change: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organisational transformation.
Sector Knowledge: Extensive understanding of health, aged care, disability, and broader community services, including funding models and regulatory frameworks.
Compliance & Suitability: Ability to meet mandatory clearances, including Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, criminal history, and evidence of working rights in Australia.
