Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Hands-On Support: Assist work crews before, during, and after shifts to ensure seamless execution.
2. Champion Safety Culture: Promote a strong safety culture and best practices to protect yourself and others.
3. Coordinate Resources: Ensure vehicles and resources are ready for deployment to meet operational needs.
4. Engage with Worksites: Visit worksites, engage with crews, and provide support to drive success.
5. Maintain Accurate Records: Document operational information accurately and efficiently using electronic systems.
6. Administrative Support: Keep systems updated and process customer requests promptly.
Requirements
* Hold a WA C Class driver's licence.
* Hold a White Card (or be willing to obtain one).
* Minimum 2 years experience guiding and supporting small teams in construction, transport, logistics, security, warehousing, or hospitality.
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to safe work habits, culture, and practices.
* Good computer skills and ability to use software programs daily to document operational information.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence dealing with diverse groups.
* Logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
* Proven experience working collaboratively as a team player.
* Availability to work varied rosters to suit operational requirements.
