This is more than just a job; it's a chance to play a key role in the company's growth trajectory while taking on a broad range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to): Month End - Balance Sheet / PnL Reconciliations, Reporting & Analysis Preparation of month end / management reporting Preparation of project reporting and forecasting Assisting with budgeting / forecasting and cashflow reporting Payroll - supporting monthly payroll including all payroll reporting & compliance Preparation of GST, GST, FBT, Payroll Taxes, Income Tax Supporting with all Audit processes Adhoc tasks as required - involvement with projects, driving systems and process efficiencies About You CA Qualified or similar Experience with Manufacturing / Construction or similar highly desirable Strong exposure to Australian Tax - reporting and compliance Experience with WIP / Project Accounting highly desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management Excel - demonstrated experience with high volume spreadsheets, reconciliations and reporting Additional Information Hybrid after probationary period - 2 days WFH Close to public transport / cafes / restaurants Modern Offices and social environment This is a hybrid position.
