Overview Assistant Farm Managers looking for their next position are invited to apply for a fulltime position in a energetic family-owned farming business operating multiple farms at Sale on the coast in eastern Victoria.
The farms carry sheep, a beef herd and produce dry land and irrigated crops using modern infrastructure and technology.
Starting now and reporting to the owners, the Assistant Farm Manager will be involved in production and maintenance across all three key areas of the business.
The position is best suited to an energetic Assistant Farm Manager with leadership and team working skills, sheep and beef husbandry knowledge and practical experience, pasture, forage, mechanical, water and maintenance experience who shows attention to detail in their work.
The role can be tailored to livestock, cropping or mixed farm management depending on preference.
Your own working dogs are essential.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a fitness for work medical and will be asked to provide a police check.
