Role: Sales Representative

What you'll be doing
. Manage, grow, and retain a Gold Coast customer base including restaurants, cafés, foodservice venues, butchers, and hospitality groups.
. Identify new business opportunities and drive consistent territory growth.
· Build deep, long-term relationships with chefs, owners, and purchasing teams.
· Present and promote the company's product range, specials, and value-added offerings.
· Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, procurement) to ensure customers receive best-in-class service.
· Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
What we're looking for
. Proven experience in sales, ideally within meat, foodservice, wholesale, or similar environments.
· A genuine hunter mentality - someone who gets energy from building pipelines, winning accounts, and staying ahead of competitors.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
. Fast-paced, agile mindset - able to handle changing customer needs and market conditions.
. Self-driven, organised, and comfortable managing a mobile territory.
. Valid driver's licence.
