Job Description
The National Sales Support Coordinator will be working out of our office in North York and is responsible for supporting service product coordination, sales support, and reporting activities. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and effective communication with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction. The coordinator will work closely with the Business Development Manager and the Contract Support and Measurement team to execute tasks and drive performance across national accounts.
Skills/Abilities
* Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Familiarity with Pronto ERP system
* Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm

* Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
* Track execution status of PM schedules and communicate with Service Area Managers
* Oversee technician incentive models: eligibility, execution, and tracking
* Generate monthly incentive calculations and update the Sales Leaders Dashboard
* Ensure accurate site information (e.g., warranty coding, start dates)
* Lead oversight of open quotations under NMSO, ensuring consistency and version control
* Provide local and national status updates on quotations
* Update service product price lists in Pronto in collaboration with the Business Analyst
* Monitor and track technician-submitted leads via hotline and online submissions
* Notify technicians of lead status and follow up until closure
* Special Ad Hoc Projects – Monthly
* National Install Price Book – Annual
* US Customer Prices and Procedure Guides – Bi-Annual
* Guidance for SPC JR Position – Daily/Weekly
* Key Customer Bi-Annual Review Reporting
* Key Account Price and Procedure updates
* Key Customer Equipment reporting and recommendations
* Key Customer Analytics and reporting – Service History
* Key Customer Daily Escalation – Daily/Weekly
* Key Account QBR meetings – Quarterly
* Dealer Programs – Hobart velocity reports, warranty activation
* Pronto clean up – Special projects
Requirements
* College diploma or university degree preferred
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, or opportunity tracking.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, power point, excel)
In accordance with the provincial wage transparency requirements, the expected compensation for this position is $55,000-$60,000/year depending on relevant experience.
