Key Responsibilities
* Provide business context to your area of accountability in a meaningful way, enabling all employees to draw the linkage between their role accountabilities and the delivery of our Site Metal Flow Drumbeat safely to plan.
* Effectively manage the Site Metal Flow protocol.
* Continuously monitor Crucible location and status of Work Cycle.
* Have the authority to call a stop to Tapping, keeping Reduction and Ingot Mill Supervisors informed of why, and how long for.
* Continuously monitor Crucible condition including functionality, cleanliness (Weight / Quantity of Bath), liaise with Cruce Cleaning team for Augering and repairs as necessary.
* Measure and report on agreed KPI's / Site Metal Flow Drumbeat metrics.
* Capture all issues and concerns which have an impact on Site Metal Flow Drumbeat, and document for review at each daily meeting.
* Provide input into Site Metal Flow logistics strategies, budgets, and plans as well as the improvement of workflow processes.
