We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in Brisbane supporting our Delivery Team. Responsibilities
* Implement project planning & monitoring processes and systems, focusing on time, cost, resources & quality (project controls & earned value).
* Measure and report program/project performance based on KPI's and Earned Value Analysis.
* Assist Project Managers in report interpretation, analysis of project performance and development of corrective actions.
* Proactively lead a planning and controls culture across the projects.
* Develop extensions of time and delay analysis.
* Support and communicate with employees and managers in an honest and collaborative manner.
Qualifications
* Local experience in a similar Planning/Scheduling role – minimum 5 years.
* A relevant Engineering/Construction degree or equivalent experience.
* Broad experience in planning and scheduling using P6 Primavera and MS Project.
* Excellent communication and briefing skills with a proactive solution‐oriented approach.
* Excellent understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis.
* Adoption and driving of Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
