About the role

Deliver exceptional, customer‐centric, and caring service to members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless handovers.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrate flexibility, and consistently uphold company values in all interactions.

Manage end‐to‐end claims including assessing liability, processing payments, identifying potential fraud, escalating complex claims, and liaising with relevant departments, all within authority limits and company policies.

Complete tasks within set timeframes and quality standards, meet performance targets, comply with schedules and feedback, and proactively seek development opportunities.

Maintain accurate records, adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, follow internal procedures and service standards, and ensure high‐quality data entry and communication throughout the claims process.

About you

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidently conveying outcomes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Excels in conflict management and maintains a strong work ethic, ensuring a seamless customer experience with a focus on members' well‐being in every interaction.

A collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our members.

Highly organised, detail‐oriented, with strong personal drive, able to handle peak demand situations, cross‐skill across products, and perform additional duties as required.

Proficient in using technology and MS Office applications, with strong data entry accuracy, ability to assess information for accurate claims decisions, and adaptability to change.

A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
