About the Role
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st level support and service request fulfilment
* Manage incidents and escalate complex issues to specialist teams
* Execute operational tasks including backups, patching, system monitoring, and disaster recovery testing
* Support change and configuration management activities
* Promote and coach safe information security practices
* Participate in business continuity and risk management processes
* Deliver 24/7 call-out coverage and relief support to IT team members
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology (highly desirable)
* Experience in IT Service Operations and supporting 24/7 environments
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
* Proven ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
* Familiarity with SFIA competencies across incident, infrastructure, network, and security operations
* Ability to obtain MSIC and CPCCOHS1001A cards
* Driver's licence (highly desirable)
