Clinical Nurse Specialist
A Clinical Nurse Specialist is a Registered Nurse:
* Appointed to the grade with either specific post basic qualifications and 12 months of experience working in the clinical area of their specified post basic qualification, and is responsible for clinical nursing duties, or minimum of four years of post registration experience, including three years of experience in the relevant specialist field;
* Who meets the criteria set out at Appendix 4 of the Nurses & Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Single Interest Employer Enterprise Agreement 2024‐2028 (outlined in the application information).
