Job Description
* Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
* Ensure stock is correctly received, stored and organised in the warehouse.
* Perform quality checks on packed goods to maintain standards.
* Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
* Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
* Keep accurate records of inventory and report any discrepancies.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Warehouse Picker, Packer & General Warehouse Operative should have:
* Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Basic computer skills for inventory management.
* Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items when required.
* A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
