A bit about your role
As the primary liaison between NBN stakeholders and the Managed Service Provider, this role is accountable for ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and stability of integrated IT test environments. You will oversee the setup of these environments to meet the specifications of upcoming test campaigns, ensuring all verification testing is executed efficiently and effectively. A key part of the role involves identifying, managing, and resolving risks or issues to maintain high levels of environment reliability and performance.
In addition, you will govern the performance of the Managed Service Provider to ensure all service-level agreements are consistently met, guiding and supporting them in the ongoing management of the test environments. The role also includes planning and leading strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the monitoring, management, and overall maturity of the integrated test environments, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
A bit about you

Success in this position demands exceptional communication and influencing abilities, with proven capability in managing third‑party vendors and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups.
