About the Role

The Senior Manager is a key Finance role supporting the CSL distribution channel within the Retail Banking Division. The role delivers regular business insights on the CSL distribution channel, including critical insights on proprietary/broker competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities include conducting financial modeling and analysis required to guide optimal business decisions, facilitating the planning, cascading, and maintenance of lender goals, and building and maintaining productive relations with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
">
1. Graduate qualifications in a numerate discipline preferably finance, business or economics
">
2. Strong commercial, financial and/or management accounting skills
">
3. Strong ability to manage and present to senior stakeholders including Executive General Manager level
">
4. Proven track record of understanding industry trends and translating and linking to business outcomes
">
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
