Responsibilities
* Engage customers with enthusiasm, sharing expertise on our products and creating memorable experiences.
* Promote BWS loyalty programs and communicate benefits and product offerings.
* Maintain well‐stocked shelves to give customers the best selection.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
* Uphold Alcohol Service Guidelines and BWS policies.
* Represent BWS with authenticity and confidence—be yourself and shine.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and a confident, authentic presence.
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Genuine interest in learning about products and expanding product knowledge.
* Drive to develop a career and grow within BWS and the Endeavour Group.
* Comfortable with a physically active role and daily movement.
* Commitment to leaving a positive mark in all interactions.
