This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive, patient-focused environment while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. The successful applicant must be able to start at as early as 7:15am and finish as late as 8pm. You will never open and close but you will need to have the flexibility to do both.

About the Role:
This casual position is perfect for someone looking to work a few shifts a week and fill in during staff leave while still being part of a supportive and fun team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and enthusiasm
Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
Processing payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
Assisting with product sales (supplements, etc.) – training provided
Creating a calm and professional atmosphere for patients
About you:
Availability – you can work Monday mornings and have flexibility to pick up additional shifts for annual leave and sick leave requirements.
Friendly & outgoing – you love meeting new people and making conversation
Health & wellness-focused – you take an interest in natural health
Professional & organized – you can multitask and manage your time effectively
Calm under pressure – you handle challenges with confidence and initiative
A great communicator – you make patients feel welcome and at ease
Receptionist experience is a plus (especially in healthcare), but not essential—we'll train the right person
