We are now seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team, a pivotal role that combines patient care with exceptional sales and communication skills.
About the role:
As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey toward their dream smile. What you will bring to the role:
* Sales Experience: We're seeking someone with at least 5 years of strong sales experience. While dental experience is a plus, we're also open to candidates from industries like cosmetic clinics, beauty salons, luxury retail, health and wellness, private healthcare practices, or concierge services industries where building relationships and delivering personalised customer care are essential.
* Exceptional Communication: You have outstanding interpersonal skills and can explain complex treatments in a clear and relatable way.

* Organisational Skills: You are efficient in managing appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans.
