About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubbo and lead the continued delivery of the New Dubbo Bridge Project for Transport for NSW.
This major infrastructure project is delivering a new high‑level crossing over the Macquarie River, easing congestion on the Newell Highway, improving access across the floodplain and strengthening connectivity for the Dubbo region. With significant progress already made, this role offers the chance to step into a leadership position on one of the region’s most important pieces of infrastructure.
You’ll be based on site in Dubbo, working closely with a skilled project team and key stakeholders to ensure asafe, high‑quality and commercially sound delivery of all remaining works. FIFO or DIDO arrangements from Sydney or regional NSW will be considered, with accommodation and LAFHA provided.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on Transport for NSW (TfNSW) projects
- Strong understanding of TfNSW specifications and delivery processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a cooperative approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, programs and commercial outcomes
- Commitment to safety, quality and effective stakeholder engagement
