We're looking for an Outbound Account Executive to join our high-performing hospitality sales team in Asia-Pacific (APAC). This is a full-cycle role where you'll build your own pipeline through prospecting, book meetings, and manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through to demo and close. You'll join a fast-growing, innovative company that's transforming how hospitality businesses connect with their customers.
What you'll be doing:
1. Identify and engage high-potential hospitality venues across Australia, building a strong pipeline through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social).
2. Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
3. Deliver tailored product demos and act as a trusted advisor, positioning Lightspeed as a complete solution.
4. Lead pricing discussions and negotiations to drive strong commercial outcomes.
5. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM data for forecasting.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success and business growth.
7. Stay on top of industry trends and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve performance.
What you need to bring:
8. Prior experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, re‐engaging leads, and converting conversations into meetings.
9. Ability to forecast pipeline and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
10. Proven track record of high performance in previous sales roles.
11. Strong motivation to grow your career.
12. Experience with Salesforce and the hospitality industry is a plus (not required).
