About the Role
The Regulatory Support Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient intake and progression of regulatory matters, and responses to regulatory enquiries. This role is within the Licensing Team of the Early Childhood Regulatory Authority.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact, monitoring and following up on regulatory matters and prioritising work according to risk.
* Coordinate team workflow using regulatory systems and databases, ensuring correct data capture and review.
* Provide support in the maintenance of records, and regulatory and records management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with information management requirements.

* Highly efficient administrator with great customer service skills.
* Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
