Main Responsibilities
* Offer expert advice to executives and senior leaders on novel and complex HR issues requiring tact, negotiation skills, and subject matter expertise.
* Develop and implement comprehensive workforce programs, providing authoritative guidance to managers to enhance performance, productivity, and culture.
* Foster effective strategic partnerships with executives, senior managers, and team leaders to gain insights into their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
* Collaborate with other HR teams to deliver services aligned to business objectives.
* Provide support to senior HR managers and teams, assisting in maintaining a positive team culture and individual engagement, alongside positive work-related outcomes.
* Support the Director of HR and act in the role when required.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are essential.
