Job Title: HR Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, embedding key HR programs across the organisation, working with senior leaders who are highly engaged.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering informed, practical, and efficient support across the business, focusing on both day-to-day advisory and operational tasks, as well as long-term strategic priorities.
The role requires strong business acumen, resilience to flex and navigate a changing environment, and the ability to think critically and propose practical solutions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Experience in the mining, manufacturing or similar industry sector is highly regarded. We are looking for someone who can adapt to a small but growing business.
