A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Managerto join their team on a full time basis in their Fortitude Valley head office.
The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring all clients receive a personal and professional experience throughout the management of their investment property.
Your portfolio will be all of their own high end and well maintained product.
Working closely with the internal teams, you will be responsible for communication with clients and the proactive management of all tenancy related matters.
There is flexibility and role autonomy on offer.
You will be well supported by the Operations Manager and receive ongoing training and development.
This role would perfectly suit a Senior Property Manager looking to move into a role with a development company.
This role will include -
* Communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants and suppliers
* Maintenance coordination
* Arrears management
* Conducting of Entry and Exit Condition Reports
* Manage and oversee the rectification of any defects post completion
* Negotiation and execution of lease renewals
* Full support of a Leasing Team
* No weekends - Monday to Friday role only
* Administrative assistance provided - full time VA
* Salary on offer up to $95K plus super
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will also require -
* Minimum 2 years experience in property management
* Immaculately presented
* Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable
