Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School (Independent Public School – Goldfields Education Region) is recruiting for a permanent full-time Teacher (SEA GA ****) commencing Term 1, ****. Salary ranges from $85,610 to $124,016 per annum (pro-rata). Closing date: *************:30.

Role and Responsibilities
Provide a caring, engaging, and differentiated learning environment for a range of student needs.
Deliver the Western Australian Curriculum and demonstrate high proficiency in the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework.
Maintain strong classroom management and engagement strategies.
Teach across two learning areas as required by the school.
Collaborate with students, colleagues, and the community to foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
Model high accountability and set clear expectations for student achievement.
Professional Benefits
Country Teaching Program Allowance: $10,210 per year.
District allowance: $2,354 per year.
Temporary Attraction & Retention Incentive: $4,000 (pro-rata, paid in two instalments).

Mobility Appointment (Optional)

At conclusion, teachers can return to their substantive role or transfer permanently to Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School.
