We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound enquiries for service and warranty work within 24 hours, providing timely advice, knowledge, and fault finding support.
* Develop strong business relationships with customers by being diligent, helpful, and friendly in all interactions.
* Prioritize and reprioritize jobs for Field Service Technicians to ensure efficient completion.
* Process warranty claims for pumps and send them to suppliers in a timely manner.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose service requirements prior to sending Field Services Technicians or external suppliers.
* Record all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
* Provide detailed product information and quotations to new and existing customers in a timely manner.
* Follow up with communication to new, existing, and potential customers.
* Process Jobs, Sales Orders, Sales Quotes, and ensure accurate data entry into LN Infor.
* Provide training on fault finding and resolution of pump and tank issues to the wider team.
* Cooperate with and support the compliance management system, encouraging workplace colleagues to do the same.
* Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
* Participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
