The Role
* Key Responsibilities:
o Cleaning the kitchen, dish/pot wash, rubbish removal, restocking food items, cleaning kitchen equipment, mopping/scrubbing floors, chemical handling, stock unloading, cleaning dining rooms, restocking bar/drink items, vacuuming/mopping, till operation, serving drinks.
* Housekeeping Tasks:
o Making linen packs, scrubbing bathrooms, cleaning toilets, changing bedsheets, making beds,restocking linen trolleys, dusting,mopping, vacuuming & other various tasks.
Person Specification
* Industrial cleaning or housekeeping experience required.
* Kitchen hand-based experience required.
* Ability to commit to working away from home.
* Capacity to work in remote conditions.
* Ability to follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Physical fitness to work 10-hour days.
* Current manual drivers' licence & own transport for DIDO
