JOB DESCRIPTION
Join Sunshine Coast Health as an Enrolled Nurse (Nurse Grade 3). You'll deliver person-centred care under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, practising to NMBA standards within relevant legislation and scope of practice. Roles are available on a permanent, temporary or casual basis, with full-time, part-time, and negotiable hours across our services. Based on the Sunshine Coast and hinterland—from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north—you'll be part of a values-based organisation that respects and promotes human rights. As part of our Base Grade Nursing campaign, you may complete online assessments, an interview, and provide documentation; successful candidates are matched to opportunities that fit their skills, preferred location, and availability.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies, and procedures relating to the work being understood to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.
* Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health Award) – State 2015 – Generic Level Statements Nurse Grade 3 and the Queensland Public Service values.
* Understand your broad responsibilities for safety and quality in healthcare, actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities within the workplace, and notify a relevant clinical or non-clinical responsible officer when concerns exist about workplace or patient safety.
Salary ranges between $71,234 - $75,602 per annum (full-time), or hourly rates of $35.92 - $46.89, with employer contributions to superannuation (up to 12.75%).
