Job Title: Production Estimator
We are seeking a seasoned Estimator to deliver cost-effective and efficient builds.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed take-offs for residential builds
* Prepare accurate BOQs and purchase orders for each project
* Ensure working drawings, specifications, contracts, and variations align properly
* Conduct thorough margin analysis
* Resolve ordering oversights and support construction teams with site-related requests
