THE ROLE
In this full-time role, you will play a key role in our kitchen operations, supporting the delivery of an exceptional dining experience for our guests, both in our service environment and preparation kitchen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Food preparation at our offsite production kitchen
* Executing dishes during service to a consistent, high standard
* Maintaining quality control across all menu items
* Working with premium, seasonal ingredients
* Following established recipes and systems precisely
* Contributing to menu refinement and creative input where appropriate
* Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards are upheld
* Supporting smooth service flow within a small team environment
ABOUT YOU
* Significant experience in a quality-driven restaurant or wine bar environment
* Deep understanding of flavour, plating and presentation with a commitment to excellence
* Strong leadership and team management skills, self-motivated
* Comfortable working independently and within a small team
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
* Takes pride in consistency and attention to detail, with a passion for the hospitality industry
