Business Development Executive
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team. Based in and around the Sunshine Coast, this role is responsible for expanding existing relationships and forging new connections within identified areas of Queensland to grow overall distribution across various beverage categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth by securing new partnerships and developing strategic plans with key decision-makers
* Generate a pipeline of leads through targeted outreach and collaborative efforts with internal teams
* Establish strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and build trust through open communication
* Lead state-wide initiatives to develop and implement effective business strategies, providing valuable insights to the sales team
About You:
* Extensive industry experience, preferably at a senior level, within hospitality or FMCG sectors
* Ability to achieve targets, manage priorities, and influence customer bases to increase regional distribution
* Demonstrated resilience and courage to engage in constructive conversations with customers
* Comfortable with cold calling and capable of building rapport quickly with key decision-makers
* Strong commercial acumen, understanding market dynamics, leveraging pricing strategies, and utilizing volume knowledge
* Passionate, self-driven individual with strengths in planning, follow-up, and execution
