About the role

An exciting leadership opportunity is available within the Integrated Cancer Care Services at Tweed Valley Hospital. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Manager to lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centred cancer care to the Northern NSW community.

Tweed Valley Hospital's Integrated Cancer Care Service provides comprehensive oncology care, including medical oncology, haematology, and supportive care services, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and improved patient outcomes. This modern, purpose-built facility offers a supportive environment where clinical excellence and compassionate care go hand in hand.

As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the effective leadership, coordination, and management of nursing and relevant staff within the service. You will oversee the delivery of safe, efficient, and evidence-based care, while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
