Executive Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage correspondence
* Draft and send emails on behalf of the Executive Director
* Manage shared mailboxes and action requests in a timely manner
* Assist with HR reporting and documentation
* Ensure timely and high-quality responses to internal and external inquiries
About You:
* Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
* A strong background in administration
* Knowledge of SharePoint (highly desirable)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
