This role is much more than just admin. You'll be our Client Concierge, helping to create a welcoming, high-quality environment while building valuable skills that can launch your career in financial services.

What You'll Be Doing
* Client Concierge & First Impressions
Greet clients and visitors warmly, manage calls, and respond to enquiries in a way that reflects our brand and values.
* Office Operations
Keep things running smoothly—manage supplies, liaise with vendors, and help maintain a tidy and well-organised workspace.
* Calendar & Meeting Support
Coordinate room bookings, assist with scheduling, and support the team with calendar logistics.
* Mail & Couriers
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure timely internal distribution.
* Records & Filing
Maintain accurate records and organise company documents professionally.
* Team Support
Assist with travel bookings, expense reporting, event coordination, and general admin tasks across teams.
What You'll Bring
* A genuine interest in financial services and a desire to grow your career
* Previous reception or admin experience (preferred but not essential)
* Clear communication skills—confident, friendly, and professional
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* An eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
