**Salary: $145,000 - $164,000 including 10.5% superannuation**
**_ Key objectives & responsibilities:_**
Responsible for driving key areas of performance-based contract metrics. This will be done through the detailed administration of the Performance Workbook, by managing the priority of performance impacting defects correctly, monitoring CSF and KPI trends across the contract and by facilitating the optimal development of all performance and contract related reports, such as the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Performance Reports.
- Administration and maintenance of the Contract Performance Tool - Performance Work Book
- Development of periodic Contract Performance Reports, as well as other ad-hoc reports & presentations
- Drive continuous improvement in relation to CSF's and KPI's, highlighting any deficiencies & developing improvement processes
- The development, implementation and ongoing review of policies and procedures
- Provide strong leadership, support and coaching to the wider project team, as well as provide backup support to the Sustainment Manager when required
**_ Ideal skills, experience & attributes:_**
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years in a contract or performance management role
- Knowledge of contract management, operations and project management
- Ability to prepare reports, analyse and interpret data
- Customer-service orientated; good at anticipating customer requirements, and giving high priority to their needs and desired outcomes
- An excellent attention to detail, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality work
