About the role
* Join a high-performing Corporate and work directly with Partners and Senior Lawyers recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500.
* Gain hands-on experience, advising major Australian and international clients across a diverse range of matters including:
o Major transactions, projects and significant disputes.
o Public and private M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructures.
o Equity capital markets transactions.
o Corporate governance, advisory and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate
* 2–4 years' PQE, with exposure to range of complex transactions, coming out of a reputable firm.
* Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
* A team player with a high attention to detail.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
