**A bit about you**:
- You'll have a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a relevant field
- You are data driven and have sound knowledge of online analytics
- You'll have the ability to perform within tight deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
- You will have excellent project management and copywriting skills
- You will have basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience with customer journey mapping and automation will be highly regarded
**A bit about the Job**:
- You'll work with marketing teams to develop a contact strategy focussed on reaching out to specific subsets
- You will design contact methods that target the appropriate consumers and also develop audience bases that are optimised for retention
- You'll generate and analyse data from campaigns to identify areas for optimisation across the customer journey
- You'll ensure all confidential information is handled in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures
