Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients.
* Source, list, sell and lease commercial properties across the Ballarat region.
* Develop and maintain an active pipeline of buyers and sellers.
* Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
* Cultivate and nurture strong business relationships with key account clients.
* Provide market knowledge and advice to clients.
Requirements:

* A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate.
