Project Coordinator - Business Transformation (12-Month Contract) - Financial Services / Superannuation About the Role We are seeking a capable and organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a confidential business transformation initiative within a boutique superannuation organisation. This 12-month contract role is based in Sydney and suits someone with experience in financial services or superannuation who enjoys working in dynamic, evolving environments and supporting strong delivery outcomes. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will play a hands-on role in coordinating project activities, maintaining governance artefacts, tracking progress, and supporting stakeholder engagement. The role is business-focused (not tech-heavy) and ideal for someone who brings structure, attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple teams and third-party providers. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of a business transformation project through effective coordination of project activities Maintain project plans, schedules, action registers, risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including preparing agendas, papers, and minutes Track project milestones and follow up on actions to support on-time delivery Liaise with internal business teams and third-party providers (e.g. legal, investments, risk, administration partners) Assist with project documentation, including business cases, status reports, and stakeholder communications Support stakeholder engagement by ensuring timely and accurate flow of information Apply agreed project frameworks and processes (waterfall or hybrid) to support delivery discipline Adapt to changing priorities and evolving project requirements with a proactive, solution-focused approach About You 2-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or similar delivery support role Experience supporting business-led projects within financial services or superannuation highly regarded Exposure to projects involving business process change or system transitions is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Confident communicator with experience working across business units and external providers Familiarity with project governance, reporting, and structured methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or internal frameworks) Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment with a high degree of accountability Detail-oriented, reliable, and delivery-focused Why Join Us?
