Property Manager - Commercial & Residential
Crisdale Recruitment are collaborating with this Regional Shire to appoint a Senior Property Manager, to oversee the Commercial & Residential asset portfolio. In this key leadership role, you'll shape and deliver a long‐term strategy aligned to the growth and service goals, guiding portfolio optimisation, lease negotiations, compliance, and risk management. You'll oversee asset lifecycle management, facilities services, driving operational efficiency, and governance. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the assets are sustainable, cost‐effective, and positioned to support the Regional Shire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Property Management
* Lead and implement current property plan, ensuring the portfolio supports current operations and future growth.
* Oversee owned and leased premises, including lease negotiations, compliance, risk management, and portfolio optimisation.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and owners
* Financial reporting
* Maintenance and Asset Management
* Provide executive oversight of asset lifecycle management, including capital works, refurbishment, and planned and reactive maintenance.
* Manage facilities services and property‐related contracts to ensure safe, compliant, and high‐quality workplaces.
* Partner across the organisation to resolve property issues, conduct site inspections, and drive continuous improvement
Essential Criteria:
* WA Property Management Registration or be in the process of obtaining it.
* Senior leadership experience in commercial and / or residential property, facilities, asset management
* Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic property and asset plans aligned to organisational objectives.
* Strong expertise in lease negotiations, contract management, commercial transactions
* Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget management, commercial performance, governance, risk, and compliance oversight.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to set long‐term vision and drive organisational performance.
